With an aged and drab color combination, this home in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco was in need of a fresh look. The building – with its open air staircase – was last painted about 10 years ago and our client was ready for a complete transformation.
Prior to painting, we prepared the home’s exterior, which is a standard procedure that provides optimal conditions for painting. By scraping, sanding, and cleaning the home’s surface, we ensure a flawless finish.
The client knew they wanted the home painted in shades of gray, and we suggested other details and color placement. Dark gray accents help frame the primary paint color of light gray. Dark gray trim surrounds the windows and highlights beautiful details on the underside of the awning.
This project included a four-man crew who completed the painting project – which included the front and rear of the building, along with two sides – in only eight days. The quick turnaround allowed for minimal inconvenience to the homeowner.
Our client was more than happy with the job, which gave an updated and modern look to a beautiful building. If you have a home in the San Francisco bay area that could benefit from a new paint job, drop us a line and we’ll start working on your free painting quote.
